My Mission as Your Broker/Agent:
I am quickly informed of the latest area listings via the Multiple Listing Service and my experience helps when it comes to negotiating and facilitating your simple – or complex – buying/selling transaction.   Simply, my goal is to accomplish your goals as your  representative or intermediary.  Let’s find your property, negotiate, and get closed.
What you should know:
There are a couple of notices that the Texas Real Estate Commission has made clear that I, and other Broker/Agents, share with Buyers and Sellers.

  1. Information of Brokerage Services.   This notice is to inform you of the potential
ways your Broker/Agent is representing you.  This notice can be confusing, but
understand that we are bound by law to treat you ethically and fairly whether the
Broker/Agent is acting as an intermediary or representing you directly.  Please
let me know if you have any questions with this notice.
  2. Second, a Buyer preparing to Close on property is to be notified by their Agent
to have an attorney review the Title Policy/Survey.  This is for your protection,
    not to scare you!

How we will work together:
I have never “met” a real estate deal that was the same, so let’s take this journey together – with my experience and dedication – to effectively find and close on your property.   Call me, let’s talk!
